Rental, to say the least, was a fiasco. Request for a fifteen foot truck in Holyoke Colorado DID NOT HAPPEN. DIVERSION TO BRUSH COLORADO 75 MILES AWAY. We called and were assigned a 10 foot truck and 12 foot trailer. got to the sight and trailer was not there. Had to go to a second location, A and R towing to get the trailer. A and R were efficient but U haul was not.

LAWRENCE MThis is a towing company located under an overpass, not the easiest to get to. No one was on-site to help or talk to.
