He refused to accept the truck. He did tell me where i could take it for drop off, but this resulted in me turning it on late. Then i had to call and ask for a refund, since it would have been turned in on time. Your phone representatives are Fabulous!!!! Very nice, helpful, and go that extra mile.Beth F.

The overall experience was terrible. From the "lost" reservations and having to go to another location to pick up the auto transport. We had to hook up the trailer ourselves- I found out after returning the transport all of the things I should have done to make the trip safe. TJENNIFER C.

Person took his time to explain everything related to our move carefully. Any previous damage to equipment was clearly marked. Everything worked very well (even the gas mileage was good!). A reasonably-priced, 24/7 gas station is right next door which makes after-hours drop-off a cinch!Robert B.

I did everything online in order to check in via my phone, and save time. I had to call FOUR times due to online errors, and experienced long wait times for each call. During one call the agent transferred me to a hospital versus the right Uhaul dept so I had to call over again. The final text still had the wrong pick up time, but I called the location directly and confirmed. It would have been faster/better to just book by phone. Then, at the destination, despite having done everything online to check in so I could use my mobile app to pick up the truck --- the manager had me do paperwork all over again which took another 30 minutes. Your "online convenience" ended up adding over 2 hours in total time on my part. Everyone was courteous, but it should not have taken that many phone calls and that much time.Gene W.

Even though it was Monday afternoon when I attempted to drop off the trailer the location was closed and no one answered the phone when I tried calling the number on the contract. Fortunately, another location was about 2 miles away and they let me leave the trailer with them.jim P.

Steering was off, very difficult to steer. Put gas into the tank to where we saw it was at when we picked up the truck , but uhaul location person sent receipt saying I didn't fill back to the exact point, charging 15 dollars extra for fuel. We only made 3 trips back and forth, which was 4 miles total for one trip, which would equal to 12 miles. Uhaul person put down we drove 43 miles. Had a friend who specializes in car mechanics and aircraft mechanics with fueling them help me with getting the gas back to correct spot it had been when I originally licked the vehicle up. I am being charged $98 when it should be the held $56.52 which is what my estimates came to in the end. Please correct this. I am very disappointed with this service.Jeneve M.
there wasnt enough miles allotted for the move ...by the time i left this location ,get to my loading location .then drive to the drop of city then to drop off location for the trick , its 65 miles from location to location....we were only given 71 mile ....Motion I.

Make sure when a drop off location has been confirmed they don't decide at last min they are no longer accepting drop offs. Especially when its the only one in your location. Which was supposed to be Gunter Tx. But we had to drive out of our way to the next town.April A.

This was the most horrific experience with UHaul to date... Will explain in detail but first I was told I would be given a credit of $100.00 For all my troubles and to no surprise that hasn't happened either.. I wanted to pick my truck and transporter up at Gladstill location but was sent up the road to dealer who has NO business being a dealer I even called uhaul to see about getting back to Gladstill was told dealer was only about 5 miles away when I told uhaul I was concerned about getting transporter from a mom and pop store I was told no problem they know what there doing. WELL THEY DIDN'T..... When I ask dealer was he going to hook up transporter to uhaul help me get my suv on transporter he told me " NO DON'T KNOW-HOW GOOGLE IT !!!!!!! This was my first time using a transporter I was already a lil worried only to be told to Google it. So after HOURS on phone trying to get in touch with UHaul about getting me help to send someone to dealer to help me with transporter finally got someone to transfer transporter rental back to Gladstill where THEY HOOK UP transporters all day I was then faced with how am I'm going to get my suv from dealer ( where I left when picked up uhaul) over to Gladstill for hook up. Couldn't find any help with that so drove u haul back over to Gladstill where myself And Autistic child had WALK to dealer pick up my SUV drive it to Gladstill for loading.. After all this we had 40 mins left to unload storage room before locked in for night. We litterly threw it all In truck and got out b4 gates locked only to have to pull over and reload the back of uhaul and i mean unloading at least half of truck. Then i know was because of stress the 5 hr drive to Sherman took over 10 hrs. So ya worst experience ever. I THiNK I should be refunded the entire amount of $400.40 Which btw the dealer never gave me a contract was only suppose to be $329.00 he didn't ask me fur my card just charged the one I used to reserve which I didn't want was going on my mom's card she was going to pay. I'm sure there's more to tell but I'm tired of dealing with it to be honest.. So is u haul going to do there right thing here and refund my entire experience !?!?Brenda H.
