Ronald SmithThe contracted site was Rusty’s on 3718 Troup Highway. The owner refused to take the trailer and was very rude, and would not even help with directions to another U-Haul. This is a breech of the contract and I spent 38 minutes on hold and I finally gave up. I plan to dispute this charge with my bank.

John PottsI was charged for a dozen moving blankets and dolly that i never received. Had horrible time trying to check in through the app. Will probably not be using uhaul since they couldn't even refund me for things i did not receive.

THOMAS SMITHReturned before scheduled time and before the business was opened; didn't have to interact with personnel. The return area was small, so there was t much of a choice of where to leave it.
April BedanTruck Dirty with mud all over hood and front wheels (picture taken at check-in). Did not have a dolly or furniture pads that was requested in original order. Advised me to “try” another Uhaul shop across town to see if they may have the moving supplies. Worst experience with a Uhaul rental.

Mike REISI should have returned the truck with the fuel at 3/4 tank but the fuel gauge would not go beyond 3/4 until I filled it up and drove off then it switched over to full. They should have refunded me for the 1/4 tank and they did not.

Mark SullivanOutstanding. It was as good as it could be. As good as the experience with the Location was, there were things lacking that are out of the control of the location. Appliance Dolly and Packing Blankets that were on my order with U-Haul were not available at the location. U-Haul should have notified me of that since it was on my order. Had I been notified prior to the time of truck pick up I could have made alternative arrangements to acquire those items, but because I did not find out until truck pick up time (30 minutes before my moving help was to arrive at the house to load the truck) we had to make do without the proper equipment. If you don't have things available, then either don't sell it on the site or tell us it is temporarily not available so that alternative plans can be made.

arthur J Carson IIIPicked up the truck with a 1/4 tank of gas and dropped it off with a little over 1/4 tank of gas. Then got charged for extra gas. Was supposed to pick up truck at a different location at 730 AM. Arrived at location but there was no truck. Sent to another location and had to wait for over a hour for them to open up. Very frustrating experience overall.

George VickI ordered an appliance dolly and moving blankets. When I got there to pick up the truck, they had neither. The lady told me she didn’t charge me for them and she hasn’t had them in quite some time! If I would have known that ahead of time, I could have made other arrangements.

Jade MartinThe truck was not ready at the time we had reserved it for. The key had not been placed in the outer lock box, and we had to come back to the location two hours later when they opened. This caused our moving day to have many set backs due to movers having to be rescheduled.

chip boxMy only issue was our location was changed the day before we pickup up the truck which wasn’t a big deal but when we got there we realized that the appliance dolly and packing blankets we ordered were not available at this new location. This was very frustrating because then we had to make an unplanned stop to rent a dolly from Home Depot and then return it and then rent another one at our destination location. I wish we had been told in advance our dolly and blankets would not be available x we could have planned better.
Jennifer PaceI was over charged. I was told if I put gas back into the vehicle I wouldn't be charged for gas. After using the vehicle before i dropped it off I put 15$ worth of gas but when I received my receipt It said I didn't put gas and I was over charged nearly 30$. I tried to confront the lady at the location but she said she couldn't do anything and I tried talking to uhaul customer service and they told me they couldn't help. Thank you for stealing 45$ from me.
