They couldn't take the return of the trailer because there were too many there. They should move some of the rentals to the other lot so that when tired renters may drop off the rented where we were told to go instead of sending us somewhere else.

Robin BergThis location was cluttered, smelled of an ash tray, and perhaps the attendant needs to be taught presentation. When I went to drop back off still in the operating hours posted. There was four letter words being spoken so I could hear that I was interrupting their meal and not the most professional scenario, I know she didn't know i could hear her but i did as did my Family, When face to face the Employee once face to face was pleasant enough but after hearing the before the door was open and closed was a big turn off. She may need some re-training and redirection to make this a desirable location, but unfortunately the only one that had my sized unit needed.

For all we know they didn’t put any in the truck.. I feel like they’re overcharging to make extra money at this location!

STUART JOHNSONI just got a receipt saying the equipment was returned to the wrong dropoff. The Contrat No on the October 6 receipt matches the same contract No from July 27, 2021 and the transport numbers are different on the receipts. Still on hold with Uhual.

MANJINDER BADHANPickup was easy, the office also gave me a free transit day. For future I would make sure all the lights on the trailer work, several of the little lights did not work and I could not tell until I was on the road during a period of darkness

John CilliersThis review is about Uhaul in general. I wanted to rent a trailer from the location that is in my town.....NOT the next town over. I called almost 2 WEEKS in advance to make my reservation and was told that there would be plenty of time for the "transportation dep't" to move a trailer to my town. All of this was basically a lie. U-haul is NOT interested in customer satisfaction. They are only interested in your money. I recommend you spend it elsewhere. Trust me, if I hadn't been in a bind with the timeframe, I would have taken my business somewhere else. I won't be fooled again, however....
THOMAS MCNEWThe site provided the 24/7 option, it was my first time doing a no counter transaction and I was hesitant, but it turned out fine; I only experienced some difficulty with the website in the beginning when the app required I validate my location. The location of the truck was obvious and instructions easy to follow. Upon return, the counter was open, the turn in was quick and operator very friendly. Overall a great experience.
