While discussing this my Concern the caller (Anthony? or TJ?) told me I got a text telling me I needed to take a photo (or verify) the odometer. I have proof the text only says to verify the license plate and then includes a link to verify equipment condition. I looked the vehicle over and the condition was satisfactory, so I did not go to the link. The Concern was then quickly closed out by U-Haul as Resolved. I do not consider this resolved, but I do know I was outright lied to and not treated fairly. I can prove the overcharge if I need to with receipts, witnesses and cell phone tracking data. This is the worst I have ever been treated by a company.

Clay GI don't recommend this location, they would charge you for other stuff like a dolly $26 when the small dolly is $7 and also add the safe move when I didn't requested it. They said the going to fixed it and they did not. The worst U-Haul ever

MICHAEL NThe vendor 94 convenience was not there at 7am when they were supposed to open. They showed up at 710 am. I was supposed to have blankets and there were none. He scavenged up 10 when I had paid for 12. Disappointing experience

Gregory AI am considered a senior citizen at 67 years old . I prefer paper receipts, and all Contract documents were on line . When I made my reservation after trying to do it online. I called your 800 number,Debbra was a Godsend. After spending at least 30 minutes trying to get additional days and miles. Debbra took care of all my requirements fast and caring.She was the best customer service representative I have dealt with in years.
mike mThe counter person was hard to deal with. Also I was 25 minutes late returning the trailer and they charged me for 2 days. I didn't even have the equipment for 24 hours. Picked it up around 3:30 pm returned it at 9:55 the next morning. I will never use your company again and will let everyone I know what happened.
Roger HThe truck size I wanted wasn't available for the 25th. I was told I was getting a larger one. My reservation was completely changed to the 26th and the truck size was much smaller than I wanted. I had the first confirmation email with the 25th and was told I was wrong..
