Even though it was really cold and hard to complete the digital instructions because my finger were freezing, the experience went very well until I got to the end where taking the picture of the dirty cabin floor wouldn't work! However, an agent was readily available and helped me even in a Sunday morning!

Not open. Parking lot full of autos. Had to park on street and put keys in lock box. Uhaul had to call contact to ck in .

QASIM MIt was dirty when I arrived no one was there at 9 am when I was picking it up. I had to clean it and get the key from the box myself. I was told I'd get a discount I never did.
Frances MWhen I arrived i was told that they were close. I explained that I had a reservation and was met with an attitude from the woman. She said the sign in the door said close. However there was a sign on the door that said they were open until 6:00pm, I picked the truck up at 2:30pm. As the man acknowledged that I did have a reservation, the woman welcomed in another person and began helping them with no hesitation. This was very off putting to me. I will never go to that location again and would strongly recommend friends, family members, co workers, and associates to go else where!

RICHARD MListen equipment was fine. My problem and may b not uhaul related. My credit card I used was scamed and could have been from this business. Was last used 6/23 at this place was not used again til scammed 7/11 on prime day. The credit card company investigating. But I think u should b informed. They could b innocent but think should b looked at.

THOMAS EThe person at the desk was rude, acting put upon to issue the vehicle. The truck was parked back up into bushes so I couldn't inspect the rear before rental. The passenger side seat belt, the wiper blades, and the window cranks need to be repaired or replaced. And when I returned the vehicle, the same person at the desk from before acted annoyed that I was interrupting her to return the keys early. Would not recommend this location to anyone, sadly.

Harlen DApp didn't work and needed 20 min of phone time to fix. Then pads and dolly weren't in the vehicle and no one at the location at 830. Had to drive to the other side of town and rent the dolly and pads from another location. In total showed up at U-Haul at 815 and wasn't on the road to my destination until 930.

THOMAS EThe U haul website had the incorrect hours . The facility was actually closed at the time I needed to pick it up and drop it back off. However I did call The number on the door and Richard one of the owners took care of me. By coming out on his own time To do the rental and the return.
Samuel GEverything was really good I love u haul but during dropping off my transport and my truck the gentleman stated my transport was suppose to be there before my truck but on my contract it was picked up same day and to be returned same day. So I've sent a email for the concern because calling 1800gouhaul and getting through to someone is impossible . But waiting on a answer charged me 75$ . So that's they only bad part.
Davina EI had ordered an appliance dolly and this piece of equipment was NOT there when I picked up the van. I was told I had to go to another U-Haul facility where I ended up waiting almost 90 minutes to get taken care of. This caused a 2 plus hour delay in getting started
BRIAN MI was not pleased that the location at which I reserve the equipment was changed the day prior. This this location add an additional 40 minutes to my travel time in order to pick up the equipment and at the height of traffic. The location was a small used car lot which was well-kept and the owner was very pleasant and professional I have no issues with this location other than its distance from where I had originally reserve the equipment
