This is a great location. I researched thoroughly and even though there were a handful of closer locations, I researched them and they didn't look reliable. Google maps showed empty lots, buildings with incorrect names, etc. I called 3 of them and they had weird hours, or weren't going to be available. So I chose this location because could just see on Google Maps they were a Real U-Haul dealer, with tons of equipment on their lot. And open every day and for a huge time. Didn't disappoint! Employee came out immediately as I pulled in. Discussed where to drop off the trailer. Helped me disconnect everything and already had the paperwork processed. Super friendly, super quick. Extremely great location!

Our truck was clean and looked well maintained. When we brought the truck back while we were gassing it up someone came over and began the return process. They then parked the truck for us and we didn't even have to go back in.

Todd MMy overall experience with this U-Haul rental was not that great. I initially rented a 10 ft. truck from a location closest to my home on purpose because I know the $19.95 a day rental is a joke. However, after I made my reservation, the location I had to pick up and return the truck from was changed and I was left with no choice but to go there instead. I was also quoted a different per mile charge than what I was charged. And although we used less than a gallon of gas, I was charged a flat fee of $10! Needless to say, I will rethink renting from U-Haul in the future.

Our truck broke down on the side of the highway and we were out there for 5 hours waiting to be towed. Then I spent all day dealing with getting the truck moved closer to my storage unit only to have to use another truck to shuttle my furniture to the unit because they couldn't get it close enough; it was double wirk that waisted a whe other day and caused a case of heat exhaustion for myself. Now I have use time after work to complete my mo e due to all of the lost time this caused. This is my second experience with a Uhaul breakdown. I doubt I will use or recommend Uhaul again.

ROBERT WThey said they had around 20 uhauls and the guy called me asking me to move my time to spread out all the other schedulings. I moved my time from 9 to 9:15 to help out. He told me it was $37.xx and some odd change because I only drove 6 miles. However the amount I was charged was a pre charge (before I turned in the U-Haul and that was 47.xx. The 37 dollar charge never updated in my bank account. Also, this is due to my estimate of 10 miles that I put down when reserving the U-Haul. Overall I’d say the people at this location were friendly and helpful. Except getting a random call from a guy asking if I could hear him confused me and I thought it was a potential scammer. Luckily he spoke up and I realized it was U-Haul. Because I didn’t fill out the final paperwork, I think an $11 insurance charge may have been added that I didn’t need. I’m not sure entirely. I was also asked to upload my ID via a website which didn’t work in iOS Firefox or Safari. So I went in and asked the guy to do this part the old way. When I gave him my ID he took pictures of it with his personal phone to get it to upload to his computer for the registration. This creeps me out and should not be done this way at all for obvious security reasons. The return process was painless. The guy did inspect to ensure it was clean.
