Location was convenient & the representative was professional & friendly.. I highly suggest finding a Flat rate solutions ... for instance 40$ 50 miles or less.. 60$ 100 miles or less.. I own & operate a aggregate hauling business one thing ive learned my clients & customers hate hidden fees & additional fees.. I was sold when the sign said $19.95, As the day went on the rate increased due to the milage.. which frustrated me as your customer.. I would have completely fine paying 75$ Plus fuel or what ever my bill came to if that was the rate for the day and the 55 miles i drove.. I really was just taken back on the mis representation & my misunderstanding of the sign..

The trailer turned out to be too small of an entry for the 4 wheeler I was purchasing even though the representative I spoke with when ordering it said it was big enough. Had to buy a trailer from the sports shop in order to get the bike I bought home and had to haul the uhaul back without ever using it. I called uhaul's service number and complained and was told I'd get a call back from uhaul about getting a refund and never got that call or refund.

Our original pick up location on Caldwell Rd. in Nampa, ID was helpful in regards to the truck, however the original car dolly wasn’t working correctly and they were all reserved so we were sent to Middleton (much farther from our house). That being said, they did upgrade us to a better car dolly so that was wonderful.

I WENT TO THE LOCATION WHERE I HAD TRIALER RESURVED AND TRAILER HAD A BAD TIRE AND I WAS SENT TO SECOND LOCATION, WHICH WAS 44 LIVESTOCK AND PET SUPPLY AND TRAILER WAS GOOD.

Javier was very competent and h elpful. Our second driver had lost our paperwork Javier was unflappable, found our paperwork, got everything straightend out in just a moment and ended our worries. When we told him we'd lost the papers, he never complained, scowled or grumped once. He just happily said, "I can find it!" and he did!

We had an unexpected death in the family and had to return the dolly late. We were supposed to return it Saturday by 4pm, but couldn't. We tried to return it Sunday but the store was closed. So we returned it first thing Monday morning and we were charged for three days instead of two. I can see two days, but not for a third. when we couldn't return it.

This gentleman who we returned the truck to was not "responsible" for the trucks, according to him, "he doesn't work for U Haul, he only checks trucks in and out.

I reserved a moving truck for a client. The my UHaul customer representative said it would be perfect. When my client arrived, the store said they had no truck, nor did they have any information on the reservation. I found this to be a bit incredible since the client had a copy of the reservation confirmation email I received. EXTREMELY disappointed. This caused my client a great deal of inconvenience and cost.
