VICKIE L.I had difficulty locating the exact truck I had reserved. I had to try the key in multiple trucks before I found the correct one. I could not tell from the app or the truck or key itself which was the correct truck until I tried the key in the truck. That delayed my time. I also had trouble getting the app to work so I could get the key for the truck. I had to wait awhile before I could speak to a customer service representative. The customer service representative was patient and helpful. I was informed that I was late and that was why I could not access the truck. I believe I was late because I could not get the app to work. I ended up losing 1 1/2 hours off of my total time and that disappointed me.

Kathleen J.Mobile app did not work, and they did not bill correct credit card, so we had to wire more money to our old bank account. That was an additional $30 for us.
Chris O.I dropped the keys in box didn't see I was to put code in keypad first. There was signs but I saw orange box after doing online thing and dropped keys in then I saw key pad saying to enter code from keys
