The only trouble I had was that the mobile check in was not working so it took me 35 minutes to check in. Not the locations fault, but was frustrating trying to get the truck picked up and set me behind on my schedule because the system wasn’t working. Called a representative and they had no idea what was going on either. After that was figured out, rental went fine.

Stephen LarsenDropped off after hours. the main problem is the Uhaul app. Trying to do a mobile return and the facility does show up as a drop off location if the facility is closed. Happened to me twice and both times i had to just leave the trailer without a check in. If the place is closed it still needs to show up as an option for mobile return
Brian ZachariasI received 2 very annoying calls asking me to make unnecessary changes that should’ve been made at least a week in advance not last minute like the day before and the day of the rental while I have the rental. I won’t reccomend U-Haul ever to anyone. The owner of the storage facility was nice and very helpful where as everyone from uhaul directly was mad annoying.

KEVIN MCCAYI was told I would get 80 miles instead of 40 when the U-Haul representative called me Friday before my rental. Apparently she never did because I was charged for going over 40 miles.

VICKIE LEEPERI had difficulty locating the exact truck I had reserved. I had to try the key in multiple trucks before I found the correct one. I could not tell from the app or the truck or key itself which was the correct truck until I tried the key in the truck. That delayed my time. I also had trouble getting the app to work so I could get the key for the truck. I had to wait awhile before I could speak to a customer service representative. The customer service representative was patient and helpful. I was informed that I was late and that was why I could not access the truck. I believe I was late because I could not get the app to work. I ended up losing 1 1/2 hours off of my total time and that disappointed me.

Kathleen JordanMobile app did not work, and they did not bill correct credit card, so we had to wire more money to our old bank account. That was an additional $30 for us.
Chris OrrI dropped the keys in box didn't see I was to put code in keypad first. There was signs but I saw orange box after doing online thing and dropped keys in then I saw key pad saying to enter code from keys
