Easy access and location for dropping off trailer.

No one called the day before as tgey were supposed to. When I called in tge morning of my moving, I was told there was no truck ready and I haf to go pick up the truck to a different, further location like it is normal. "If the accessories you reserved were not in it, you can just drive to the planned location to pick them up". Which of course I had to do. The truck was also dirty, cabin and trailer and I had to clean the trailer before loading my stuff. I was offered no compensation by the company for losing my time and adding a bunch of stress on a day that really didn't need that, nor for the extra gas spent by their fault. I doubt I will trust uhaul again for truck rentals on a moving day.

We were rescheduled from a standard U-Haul location to this location. We arrived at 10:30AM on a Saturday and the only person there at the time told us they were not open on Saturdays. We had to call the scheduling service to find out that they were open, supposed to be at 10:30, but didn't show until after 11. Additionally, we had initially booked on line for 2 dollys and 40 pads, and were charged for them, but not provided. I would never rent from this location again.

The guy who checked my uhaul back in struggled to get it pulled up and since he took so long to get my uhaul checked back in I got charged an extra day instead of just the 24 hours that I had the UHAUL

The trucks are parked in a way that makes it challenging to get them on and off the lot. Our truck had a flat tire and a nail in it. Fortunately the owners of the business were able to fill it with air and it held for the 90 minutes we needed the truck.

It's a good location to pick up and I'd say drop off at. Big area to park and lockbox for key was convenient as well.

Got the wrong size truck. Upon realizing this, i tried to upgrade, but was unable to figure out how. The job ended up taking twice as long, and the multiple trips cost me more than twice what it would have been if i had a bigger truck. You need a way for customers to upgrade the size of their trucks

It was a little complicated to find but not too bad. Dropping off the equipment was after hours. I was just doing what I was instructed at the pick up location. Only real complaint that I do have Is the fact that the trailer roof leaked. And a lot of stuff did get wet. But mechanically everything was sound. There are no complaints about that just the roof leaking.

The truck had the worst smell and I can't believe that they rented it without getting the smell out first. It smelled like a litter box and I has to roll the window down some. After getting to the destination, I could still smell it lingering after exiting the vehicle. The cabin filter may need changed and something needs to be done to get rid of the smell. Surviving that smell the other person caused and that was not fixed should warrent a discount. It is most likely due to a pet and my throat is still swollen from breathing whatever the stinch was in. Location itself was good, quality of rental was horrendous due to smell.

The location was difficult to find the parking lot was solid ice. The was dark and the key drop off was difficult to find.
