I the cab of the rental truck was dirty. I was not able to pick up my rental truck and car transporter at the same location as promised on my reservation. I also felt like I was over charged for my overall reservation.

Service was above and beyond. Accidentally lock my personal keys in car after hours - called manager and he insisted on coming to the store to get the key from the dropbox to let me in to get my keys. Second time using this location and recommend it to anyone. Thanks for the great service guys!

I booked my truck couple weeks before time along with transport, however on the day of move I was told transporter is not available. I had to delay my move by one day. Then I was quoted total amount for the move and once already moved out of state I was told money for transportation was not included and I need to pay another $350. When I returned truck I was charged $25 for truck not be clean, of course I've driven it 1400 miles, it would've not been sparkling. Then another $31 were deducted for toll charges, all these charges were automatic. I'll never use Uhaul again and I'll make sure my family and friends are not using Uhaul again.

The rental place itself could be cleaned up a bit, but the gentleman helping everyone was amazing. He was friendly and knew who each person was as they dropped off their rentals. I would go back solely based on this gentleman.

I used the U-Haul app to pick up vehicle. All went well using app until I reached the authorization phase. I waited for 35 minutes to receive my authorization and code. While waiting on hold, I called the 1-800 U-haul # and spoke with an agent. I was told that all authorization agents were behind on authorizations and it could take up to 35 to 45 minutes. If I would have known about these delays up front I would have waited until the location opened at 10am. This was my first time using the electronic pickup.

Great experience... people were friendly and helpful. I was worried about driving a big truck but it wasn't that different than an SUV. The van also had good heat and a decent radio which made the ride during rush hour more enjoyable. Last we were picking up couches and moving them to the avenues in SLC. We were parked on a pretty steep hill and the brakes worked great.

The location has a small parking/entry, it had many cars parked in and around the parking area (I think this is also a used car sales location) and the signage is also fairly small making this difficult to spot and access. This location does not have boxes or other moving supplies on hand. The office smelled dank and the door was kept open in an effort to prevent it from becoming more unpleasant. The one shining point was the gentleman who assisted me. He was very nice and helpful.

Uhaul got stuck because the parking lot hadn’t been plowed or shoveled. Almost got stuck when retuning it. Couldn’t even move all of my belongings because the heat did not work in the uhaul so I could not see or defrost the window. It was a total waste of money.

This is a smaller UHaul location near downtown Salt Lake City, but the experience was top notch. Simple things like offering me bottled water while the contract was being printed or helping me back out into traffic showed me that this is a customer-focused location. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Online reservation was not correct, truck I rented was rented to someone else and I had to start the whole process over again. I was scheduled to return the truck at 4:30 and at 4:00 I go repeated phone calls over and over again asking when I would return the truck. No voicemail left, just constant calling, I was meeting with someone and finally had to turn my phone to silent. I returned the truck at 4:25.

The staff member was late opening up the store. I requested a 6 hour rental online but in the office he wanted it back in 5 hours since someone else rented after me. I also never got my receipt to my email.

I was given a drop off location, including detailed instructions as to how to find the place in st George that hasn’t been taking truck back for “years”... suggest you update your info, it was inconvenient, time consuming, and poor form to start over looking for the correct place

The location right on State Street was cramped and congested. I was forced to attach my trailer with my truck overlapping the sidewalk & bike lane. The trailer, itself, was mostly fine but pretty worn out.

I called the 800 GOUHAUL phone number and I was not given any options for where would be a convenient pick up location based on proximity to my home. I passed two other Uhaul vendors (which would have been much closer to my home) while on the way to the specified 3D Auto Sales, which didn't open until 10 (mind you, this was the only option I was given). After I had gone in to pay for the trailer and it was hooked up to my car, there was a malfunction with the lights. I was then instructed to take it to a repair facility that I had passed by on my way to this location. When I got to the repair facility, it was discovered that it was a blown fuse on my car that was the problem, which was easily corrected. The man that took care of us at the repair facility was helpful and provided great service. If the person that was at the original location would have ran the appropriate diagnostic test we would have saved a lot of time, as we were already picking up the trailer later than we wanted to due to the lack of options when we initially called. I would recommend the Uhaul facility that is located at 55 E 3900 S, Salt Lake City, UT but not the location at 3D Auto Sales.
