Don HThe owner of this location was a VERY nice guy and provided EXCELLENT service, probably the best location I've been to when it comes to service, however....... I have used U Haul many times in the past, however I may have to start using a different company. I do NOT like the fact that many of your smaller locations are using their PERSONAL cell phones to take pictures of driver's licenses. U Haul should be providing these locations with a scanner / equipment that will upload identifications directly to their system that way there is no chance of compromise.
