Representative was very helpful. Van was mostly clean, comfortable and in good working order.

The online system and all the authorization of confirming my identity etc was so uncalled for. Called Uhaul 1-800 and they were helpful yet also very confusing! Will never do this again!!

Neil H.Overall our experience was an extremely poor one. Our original pickup location was in Pembroke at 9:30 and when we arrived the pick up time was moved to 11:30 and was at a different location. After going to the second location we were sent to two other locations (four total) to finally pick up our truck 3 hours later (which was extremely problematic because we had movers scheduled). No one ever notified us ahead of time of any issues work the truck we had to find our on the day of our move. We also paid for a dolly and other supplies and none of these were present whem we picked up our truck.

Paul C.Terrible location dirty as well as the office inside I know it's a tow shop but it could have been better. The equipment was filthy inside took a small pack of wipes to clean before getting in and dirt/sand on the floor. Tons of damages the vehicle dirty truck.

JAMES W.I loved the location and the customer service the employee provided. It was outstanding and I rated them 5 stars. Our issue was with the confirmation process and the mobile pickup, which was of no fault to the location, but to the UHaul system error. We did have an issue with the UHaul app. It didn't clear my pick up location and wouldn't allow me to start the process once I arrived at the new location. There was a long wait time to have a UHaul customer representative reset my account. As soon as the location was changed on the confirmation end (without my knowledge or receiving an email about a change - I only noticed it the night before my trip to go pick up the UHaul), it should've changed in the system so that when I went to pick it up at the new pickup/dropoff location due to truck availability, there wouldn't have been a problem with the screens. It was very frustrating for it not to work and an hour was spent trying to solve the problem before I could go further with the app. A customer representative had to unlock the location to match where I was for it to move me to the next screen. When I asked the customer representative to please stay on the line with me to ensure that the steps were completed without a problem and I could retrieve my key since I had waited a long time for them to answer, he refused to stay on the line and apologized saying that they had a large call volume. I was nervous with the next screens, fearful it wouldn't register and I would have to call back. It did work after it was reset, but it put our moving plans on hold.
