Business was not good. There is no communication between employees
LEWIS TDrop off was okay. The women was very nice. I explained what happened and showed records.

William FThe trailer needed maintenance. It jerked the truck around much more than normal while braking. The braking system definitely needs attention. The Jack was long overdue for a little lubrication. It was stiff and hard to use.
KENT WDrop off was efficient and went as planned.

Linda MBe carefull when sending someone out with a taillight out . it was checked and when i got to my destination the light didnt work. I fixed it the plug came out of the light. it came back with the light working.

Harold BAfter providing the location I'm moving to within Greenville county I paid extra so I can drop off at any spot, but when I get to the drop off I was told there was another charge. The pickup location the person didn't provide suggestions that might be a better option, so I was disappointed.

Larry PI returned the truck after hours with the app and had no interactions with anyone at this location. It seemed well organized and clean from outside appearances. The drop-off process went smoothly. I just hope I parked in an acceptable spot as the lot was shared with several other businesses.
Alan COur truck had a faulty gas gauge resulting in us overfilling. We received the truck at just over a half tank and because of the gauge returned it full with NO COMPENSATION or acknowledgement from U-haul. The return dealer said they would address the issue, but we have seen nor heard anything.
Robert EOnly thing is some stores give you money back if you don’t use the blanket bag but otherwise all was great!

Lisa GThey close early on saturday, so had to do an after hours drop off. Again the Uhaul software failed to let me checkin, so had to call a representative after repeated attempts to finally check the vehicle back in. For one-way traveling would be better to have us drop off at locations open until at least 5pm.
Mark HThis is about the 4th time I have rented a car hauler from this location. There seems to always be one available. They are very flexible about when I can return the car hauler. This location provides the service that fits my needs. Thank you very much.
Ray WPlease get public WiFi for this location! I had terrible service due to location in town and the website/Uhaul app was not working for the self drop off feature. It was super frustrating and could have been a lot faster with WiFi!

Michael CThe location was fine. Easy to get in and out of. Equipment was is perfect working order. The only problem I had (which was not the fault of the store) is the app. Even though this location had to car trailers, the app refused to let me know that. I many other issues with the app but this one could have lost Uhaul business if I didn't decide to just call to verify.
David NWe brought it back on Saturday instead on Sunday because we needed the vehicle no more. Nobody was there we locked the vehicle and put the key in the drop off box.
ANDREAS bI was very appreciative of their working with me on the return date since life currently depends on others doing what they commit to as far as help! The size of the truck was perfect for our moving needs. My only complaint was the residual smoke smell in the cab that even fabreeze couldn't tame.
susan cThe local agent was wonderful, couldn't have been more helpful. The app experience was pretty bad: confusing, tedious, unclear. We were in a hurry and found the layers of protocol to be real frustrating. Maybe the process could be simplified. Had the agent not been on-site we would have left. Thanks for your great company and a lifetime of service to us!
