U-Haul has always been an asset to me. They are very flexible and try to help you in any way possible. I rented the 15 foot truck for two days. I was not expecting any delays on my new apartment but it happened. I had to call for an extra day and they were very quick to help me. Thank you for your service and support

I don't understand why I got charged two days when it was used under 24 hours. I put that I didn't accept the charges and I got told someone would contact me and I haven't heard anything.

I went online and reserved a 15' truck to be used for one day. I was quoted a price of $29.95. I was only going to use it to go 8 miles and 8 miles back. No where did the online application say that there would be an additional RENTAL CHARGE of $59. This is outrageous and I will be spending a lot to time on social media letting all my friends know what happened to my $29.95 quote. I was not told when I picked up the truck that I would be paying $86.90. I am PISSED!
