What is the difference with this and part number 13300?

Hi Joe, 13300 is a Class 1 and 2 Universal Hitch Mounting Bracket. 13301 - Stop dangling wire harnesses with a Class 3 Mounting Bracket (Long Style) to secure your tow vehicle wiring right to the hitch. I hope this helps.
