How many bags of these would be needed to fill a glass curio cabinet 5 ft tall by 3 ft around?

–Nancy S Barnes 8/2/2023 3:46:49 PM

Hello Nancy! Each bag has 1.5 cubic feet of packing material. I hope that helps.

–Kristy 8/3/2023 11:06:54 AM

It would take 2 bags of your packing peanuts to fill a medium box. How many bags of this packing material would be required?

–Eric Goff 1/31/2021 4:34:56 PM

Hello, This product is the same size container as our packing peanuts 1.5 cubic feet of packing material. There are many variables as far as how many would fill a 3.0 Cubic feet MD box. How much content is in the box, the size of the content in the box etc. Thank you for your question.

–Frank 2/1/2021 6:37:36 AM

How does it work

–jane 11/9/2019 9:26:23 AM

Hello, Jane! This product works just like packing peanuts - simply pour the packing material into the box around, under, and on top of fragile items to isolate the items and prevent them from shifting. Thanks for asking!

–Savannah 11/11/2019 8:31:44 AM

Which is better Peanuts Packing or ExpandOS High Performance Packing

–Dino 1/20/2015 4:06:15 PM

"They are both great products so it depends on what you're doing with them (moving, storing, shipping). ExpandOS are good for protecting against an item shifting and Packing Peanuts are good if you need extra cushioning or need to fill space."

–Ronald 1/21/2015 3:24:59 PM

Would these be suitable to help prevent the breaking of sealed glass mason jars filled with preserves stored inside Rubbermaid totes? Thank you!

–Donna 12/8/2014 6:18:29 PM

How packages are handled during moving and or shipping is not something we can control and therefore we can not guarantee non breakage of contents. However, this product would help prevent content breaking. This product is a "high performance packing material."

what protective wrap is recommended for protecting wooden furniture from moving damage?

–Charm 10/14/2014 8:59:40 AM

I suggest using the Furniture Pads (FP)and/or the Quilted Pads (QP) to cover the furniture for the best protection. You will need the Plastic Wrap (49026) to hold the pads in place. Thanks. rm

Would you recommend these or the packing peanuts for moving a box-shaped ink-jet printer (19" x 18" x 10") weighing 34 lbs?

–Bettina 8/2/2014 4:50:03 PM

"I would recommend ExpandOS because their design allows for them to lock together and hold your item in place, eliminating shifting."

–Ronald 8/7/2014 11:25:11 AM

Do these come in compressed form and expand as used?

–Karen 7/12/2014 9:08:40 PM

"No, Expandos do not come compressed. They are pre-formed in a triangular shape and do not expand further."
