* I was very impressed with the construction and finish of this hitch! PROS: (1) Extremely strong and beautifully made. (2) Easy installation. (3) All hardware provided. CONS: (1) Useless and absurd instructions. They should show actual photos of the parts. (2) No electrical bracket available for the predrilled mounting platform. (3) "Know nothing" support: I asked about an electrical connector bracket but the "Tech" could not help. A proper 7-conductor bracket to match the predrilled mount should be provided or offered as a purchase option. GREAT HITCH! Five stars except for mystery connector mounting holes and horrible instructions.
