At this point it has been almost three weeks since I ordered this item. No updates, nothing. Not sure about the product, but the service has been lousy.

description says 4" drop, 3" rise. Can you explain

–Terry Harris 1/31/2018 1:04:05 PM

Hi, Terry! Most ball mounts allow for a hitch ball to be mounted in the drop or rise position. A measurement is taken from the top of each ball mount shank to the top of the ball platform, both in the drop and rise position. These two measurements are then posted to help in the trailer leveling process. For more information, please visit or contact your local U-Haul Hitch Center. Thank you!
