What is the rise for this mount, when it is flipped?

–Rob Searson 1/3/2024 4:05:22 PM

This part has a permanently attached ball, and would be unable to be rotated upside-down for proper use.

What type of hitch/ball mount would I need for a 2021 mini convertible

–Angela 1/20/2023 11:48:56 AM

Hi Angela! Check out Part number: ECOX7290. That's the hitch made for your vehicle. I hope that helps.

what type of a ball hitch would I need for hooking up a Chevy Suburban with a 6 by 12 inch cargo trailer

–tina 4/18/2015 8:45:58 PM

For safe towing, the trailer should always be set up to tow on a level plane and never exceed the hitch system and vehicles towing capacity.

To fit your vehicle and trailer combination with the right fusion ball mount with ball will require knowing the trailer coupler ball size as well as taking a few measurements to get the proper rise or drop.

First measure from the ground to the top of the hitch receiver tube on the vehicle. Next measure from the ground to the bottom of the trailer coupler when level. The difference in the two measurements will be the amount of rise or drop required.

The trailer coupler ball size should be stamped on the trailer coupler (1-7/8", 2" or 2-5/15"), if the ball size cannot be seen, please call the trailer manufacturer. Thank you!
