Could a 2" hitch ball with 3/4" shank and a 1" rise be used with this ball mount?

–Dave H. 10/19/2023 12:46:57 PM

Hi Dave. Yes, here is our 2" ball with the 3/4" shank part# 4924. I hope that helps.

–Kristy 10/31/2023 10:01:02 AM

Can I get a class 2 or 1/14 ball mount with a !" hole for the ball? I have had a few issues with 3/4" shank balls and all I have now are 1" shank.

–Kent Vice 3/27/2020 1:49:57 PM

Hello, Kent! Unfortunately, we do not offer any 1-1/4" ball mounts with a 1" hitch ball hole. You can contact your local U-Haul Hitch Center to get a 2" receiver installed. I hope that is helpful!

I have a 2010 Honda Accord Crosstour with a UHaul hitch and 14 height from the ground. Would this item work with my hitch?

–David Yeomans 4/7/2019 4:28:17 PM

Hello, David! Although the ball mount shank may match the hitch receiver diameter, the weight ratings may differ. Your hitch system is only as strong as its lowest-rated component (Hitch, ball mount, ball). I hope that is helpful!

–Savannah 4/26/2019 4:31:18 PM

Would this ball mount be appropriate for a 2007 Honda Odyssey? The one I was given from your installer is too low for my trailer. I need a higher rise.

–Robin 8/4/2018 5:24:40 PM

Hi, Robin! This ball mount will work on a 2007 Honda Odyssey equipped with a 1-1/4" receiver hitch. Thanks for asking!

–Savannah 9/6/2018 2:35:04 PM

This ball mount has the rise that I need, but I am concerned as to whether it is long enough to clear the bumper on my 2013 Nissan Sentra. Can you tell me what the horizontal measurement is between the center of the mounting pin hole and the inside of the vertical portion of the bar? I need a minimum length of 7" from the center of the mounting pin hole to the inside of the vertical portion of the bar. NOTE: This bar would be used on a U-Haul receiver hitch, which I had installed today at your store in East Madison, Wisconsin. Thank you.

–David Van Lanen 7/18/2018 2:52:51 PM

Hey, David! The length from the pin hole to the vertical part of the bar is 7.375 inches. I hope that is helpful!
