Had to return this item unopened. Upon receipt, I noted the carton said it was rated for bikes up to 40 lbs. Mine is closer to 45.

Can I access my truck using this hitch and rack?

Hi Pete. The bike would have to come off. This rack's compact design and folding wheel cup will keep the rack out of the way when it is not in use. I hope that helps!

If your 2019 Mazda 3 is equipped with a receiver hitch of either of those sizes, you are good to go!
