I just got it for a few days. So, my experience does not reflect long-time use. It is easy to set it up and hook it to the hitch. It is sturdy enough for 2 bikes. One thing I like is that the middle bar can be flipped to the right or left. This allows me to put the rack in the trunk of my car, which is only a small 4-door sedan. I do recommend that you use a strap to fasten the rack to the truck. It is to prevent the bikes from wiggling during transportation. It is required based on the hitch that I use. You can get it from the store around $12. With this rack, it is a lot more convenient and safe than the portal one (using several straps). Also, it would not scratch my car. So, I am happy with it for now.
