  • Protegido por un acabado pulvirrevestido negro duradero
  • El forro del adaptador permite el montaje en un tubo de receptor de 1 1/4 in o 2 in

DON'T USE U-HAUL!!! I have half a mind to call my bank and tell them to reverse the charges for fraudulent activity. I ordered this product with expedited shipping, after a few days I didn't receive a confirmation email so I called customer service and they told me it was processed with standard shipping and the product wouldn't be available to ship for another 6 weeks. I asked them to refund it but they didn't. I got an email a few days later saying the product shipped. THEY DIDN'T REFUND THE ORDER! If that isn't bad enough, I had scheduled an appointment at U-HAUL to get a hitch installed on my car but when I got to the store the clerk told me that the guy who installs the hitches (who's also the general manager) was not there that day and I should call customer service. I called customer service and it turns out that they rescheduled me for next week WITHOUT TELLING ME! NO PHONE CALL! NO VOICE-MAIL! NO TEXT! NO EMAIL! I asked the clerk to leave a message with the GM to call me back but STILL haven't gotten a call back. I will NEVER recommend U-Haul to anyone because of their horrible service and non-existent communication methods. I have nothing against this product though. It's great, solid. I just regret getting it from U-Haul.

Does this hold children's bikes as well?

Hello, Vincent! You may return any merchandise that is in new condition including original packaging and accessories or merchandise found to be defective within 30 days of delivery of your order. We are currently unable to accept returns of opened items, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery date. Please contact us at 1-866-277-6855 from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.Arizona time (MST) to arrange for an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. Once your order has arrived back at our warehouse and has been verified, we will credit back the product cost (shipping will not be refunded unless a product was defective) within 2 to 5 days. Any merchandise returned for any reason, without an RMA number, is subject to a restock / return shipping charge of 10%. Thank you!

Must I have a ball mount shank to use this? Must I have a support strap on 1 1/4" hitch?

Hello, Marilyn! This bike rack is for use with 1-1/4" or 2" hitch receiver tubes only. The support strap is required if using this bike rack with a 1-1/4" hitch receiver tube. Thanks for asking!
