I booked moving help for 4/17 on 3/29. It is 4/15 and have not been contacted despite calling and emailing numerous times. UHaul even reached out to give them an urgent notification and still no response. Communication is all that is required - if you are unable to complete the job for one reason or another, just tell the customer. Do not leave them waiting.
