    Thanks Christian for your review. We did what you asked us to do and that was to focus on the heavier items. We got all of the heavier items and most of the rest of your stuff to your apartment. We weren't able to completely finish the job in two hours because the distance from the dock, elevator and your apartment was very long. We did our best with the two hours that you ordered.
