  • They were moving slowly and were on their phones. They didn't pack the truck correctly and my daughter and I had to move the rest of our things ourselves. We also assisted them with unloading the truck. I want a refund for at least 3 of the 6 hours that they worked. They also broke my storage unit and didn't tell me. That told my daughter. My daughter's snow globe that she personally made was also broken. She broke down and cried because she can't get it fixed, it was priceless. I would like to be compensated for our losses.

    In most cases I feel the customer is always right but this was a ruff 1. She was a nice lady just underestimated how much she had. Half the truck was garbage bags and loose unboxed items. We worked for her til 12am because we didn't want to leave her in a bad situation. We could have left after the Original 3hr she paid for. Please refer to my other reviews as you will see we don't have bad reviews.
