  • Move was scheduled for 9am. Mover finally showed up with 1 mover and his elderly tiny dad. Move cancelled.

  • When they arrived, one man seemed severely under the influence of methamphetamines kept stopping repeatedly and kept throwing my things on the ground. When I asked him to not take so many boxes all at once, he got huffy puffy and started taking singular items that were already falling out of the boxes that he was already taking. He dragged my items on the ground and he even brushed linens against the ceiling of the hallway of the apartment complex. The other man barely moved anything and my husband and I mainly did the work. When asked to put certain boxes in certain rooms, they piled everything on top of fragile boxes in the living room and broke a lot of Crystal that had belonged to my grandmother. I do not recommend this company. They do not vet their hires. I wish I could get a refund for the 2 hours because they only did 30 minutes of work before they left.
