    Thanks for your feedback, the time was agreed to by the young man we spoke with at that time as we explained one cicumstances of one crew. Also although the crew did have somewhat of a difficult time getting those huge items up and downstairs in that tight of a stair case. They did perform and complete the job. Thanks again
