CCI to cancel and get refund

Called to confirm this morning. They said they had computer glitch and missed order. They said they would try after other job, but despite saying they would call back, never did. Called Moving Help customer service, waited 25 minutes, the rep called them on another number and they told him they would call us in 30 minutes. Nothing. Can't wait to give them worst review in history. Please refund my money.
