  If you look at my past star rating it is no less than 5 stars until this particular incident. The number one thing I want to do is make the customer happy! I am never alone on the job,but that particular day the young lady ask me to come letting her know I would be alone.I talked to the lady about the situation and that it would only be me at the time and have the messages to prove my innocence. I worked very hard in 10 degree weather and got done at a fast pace and put me down for two hours to load a house and drive 30 minutes to unload up to the second level apartment. Ended up going only 2 and a half hours over and was trying to underpay me which I even excepted because leaving the customer satisfied is the number one goal. Very unprofessional couple that I broke my back for.

• These guys werare amazing! Very personable and definitely reliable. Originally scheduled them for 2 hours to load our truck and when they were done, ended up coming to the new place and unloading as well! I'll call them next time we move!
