  Moves are contracted and scheduled with uhaul. We don't have any contact until we are booked. Most customers schedule same day or within 24 hours so it is only provided to those whom request it prior to the move.

• The two guys sent to help were very lazy and moving slowly, 30mins after they had started, they only able to pick just a few items, during this period I and my wife had done more work than them. I cautioned them and yelled at them to improve their work ethics and performance, they told me because I yelled at them they were not going to do the job again, so they left and i did everything all by myself. They started work at about 10.15sm and left 10.45am

  We did offer to stay another hour to finish. When loading furniture we can't always do what the customer feels is best as we are liable. We load safely and efficiently to avoid damage during transit. We're sorry you were not satisfied with the service and will address the issues with our guys.

  Sorry, We typically twist them sideways to ensure no damage and a nice fit. Unscrew the bolt on the front at frame and handle bars and they will twist back. Every bike does this. It is not damaged.
