• The mover, Mua Enterprise, had a broken phone and were unable to contact me. Once they did email me, they told me they were unable to conduct the move job since they were in a different location (Long Island, NY) and were unable to come to Manhattan, NY to assist with my move. Therefore, they were unable to provide the services on that scheduled date. The job was not initiated nor was it completed. Therefore, cancelling as there should be no charges for this as the work was never conducted nor delivered.

  Yes for regular moving help u pay for travel expense and etc. For a 1 man crew u would pay $130 for 2 hr plus $115 for travel expense. Minim would be $245. U pd $150 for a UBOX. I try to be fair.

  If your furniture was damaged why would you tip the guy and tell them they did a great job. Something does not make sense.
