• Floyd and Chris were amazing, they worked so hard to load a 26 foot truck from top to bottom. They were kind, easy to work with and I would recommend if you have a big or even a small job, you want these guys there to help. They were thoughtful to wrap all my fragile belongings and secured them so carefully in the truck. I can't express how grateful I am to have had them both with me for this big move.

• I have called this moving company multiple times and each time a man answers and says 'hello' and when I ask if this is Jackson moving he doesn't say anything and hangs up. I called back a third time and the same man answered and he said he was Jackson movers but he needed to call me back in 40 min. I never heard from him again. I tried calling and no answer. I am not comfortable with this mover.
