  I'm assuming we got dinged for not staying longer past the 2 hrs they originally booked. We actually stayed an extra 15 minutes but customer wanted ust to keep working for the rest of the small miscellaneous items but did not want to pay for extra time. I had to kindly inform customer that we could not continue to provide a service for no additional cost

I can be a bit extra when moving so to have them exercise such patience with my concerns and inquiries was commendable. • Salvador and his son were great! There was communication early in the morning confirming time and address. He reached out to let me know that there was a 10 minute delay. They were so quick at getting everything loaded that we were ready before the apartment move in time. He was very gracious and offered to just meet us at the apartment when it was time. They were great on verifying where items went and got the beds and couches assembled. All and all very pleased and will use in the future!

• My $6k fridge was extremely damaged. Front left door crushed in. My$3k bedroom suite for the guest bedroom is extremely scratched. Dresser, nightstand, head board, footboard, and bed rails all deep scratches. My dining room and office furniture is extremely scratched and or damage. The couches and my Master suite are the only furniture that made it to my destination without damage that were involved in this load. All of this damage looks to be caused by the way the truck was loaded. I have before and after pictures of all of my furniture. This will cost me quite a bit to replace.

• The communication was great and even though the weather did made my reservation date to reschedule Salvador managed to make the moving help. Also we hired for 3 hours for back and forth trip for both unload and load they could only help to load only and that was done within 1 hour. Now, the 3rd hour Salvador promised to refund which I had made a claim for but not received yet. Hope to hear from moving company. Service was good as promised.I recommend to hire them for moving.

• The owner and gentleman who helped me move were extremely fast and friendly. My only concern was the loading of the truck. My brand new dining room table I just purchased before the move was broken due to the weight placed on top of the table while stacking the items in the Uhaul. The legs buckled under the and the side cracked in half. We are attempting to fix, but it may not be possible. One of my desk pieces broke as well as my sons dresser had a huge chip on the bottom half.
