• Upon arrival the the two movers arriving I was greeted with the smell of marijuana from one or both of the movers. There was not a lot of moving knowledge shown by one of them. The other had to give hime instrctions on how to hold itmems, we had to instrcut from time to time how to take items down the stairs. Since we assisted with the loading and unloading a tip will not be given this time.

  You was the one pretending not to provide payment code..you and husband John smoking at the balcony .when we pulled up.your husband start screaming us. We got you finished in one hour and 30 minutes..but y'all started acting fishing.and treating us and screaming us.the whole time.. keeping saying you no paying more than 2hours..at the end when we masked for a code .you said not internet on yours phone... ridiculous fishing.people you are...ruiners

• Had an afternoon move scheduled at the last minute. It was 110 degrees for most of my move, the first half of which was outdoors and from a 3rd floor apartment with no elevator. Despite that, Adam and Manny were quick, professional, easy to work with, and friendly. • Zel and Ron knew how to move, they have that 'spidy sense' on how to get everything through the doors and into the van! Helped organize everything too, big thanks... I thought they would have a dolly but they didnt no big deal, also we had to borrow some hand tools from apartment maintenance to disassemble headboard, no prob... • I was disappointed with the loading services I received. I asked that they organize large items towards the back of the truck or to one side. They said, 'Yes, ma'am' but didn't do it. As a result, boxes were thrown into the truck without organization, mixing big items with small, a brand new sectional sofa and a side chair were dirtied and scuffed. A TV console was scuffed and a lamp was broken. Items weren't tied down or placed well for a long distance move. I clearly stated it was a long distance move. They used packing supplies without asking first. I ran out of tape to tape a few boxes. Overall I wasn't impressed, wouldn't recommend them unless you need this company for unloading duties only!
