  • I spoke briefly with someone immediately after booking my move on MovingHelp.com, but he told me he was busy and would call me back later that day. I didn't receive a phone call, so I emailed the provided email address. This morning, I still hadn't heard anything, so I called again. No one answered and I left a message. It is now 4:30 pm and I have not had any communication with the movers. My move is in two days. I feel I have no choice but to book with another company.

  • They came a day late. They never called me prior to the move. I had to contact them and along with a bevy of excuses the driver said that it was his birthday the day they were supposed to move me and they said they would not be able to come until the next day. Worst moving experience ever!!!!!!!!!!
