  • Mover was unloading my container. During one instance he dropped a dining room chair in front of me and the leg broke. The owner immediately assured me that he would contact the claims department for a repair or some sort of resolution. After three days I had not received an update I called him, and he stated it would take 3-5 business days. After not receiving an update after 7 days, I called him and he ignored my calls and stopped answering me. He damaged my furniture, lied to me, and deceived me. Poor customer service.

    Thank you for you feedback, but we assure you no one lied to you. Though we assured you of our repair or replace policy. You wanted $90 for the leg of a chair that was not even broken just had a Crack. We could not oblige and you never responded to the claims email that was sent. So for that we will reach back out again but you must respond to the claims email for the claim to be fulfilled as stated by the Moving Profesional on-site.
