• I hired these guys to pack up my 2 bed - 1 bath apartment & load the moving truck. They were friendly enough, no problem. I asked about expectations for staying while they packed up, they shared they've been doing this work for over 20 years & reassured me they were comfortable with what they could offer. I provided all the boxes & supplies. My kitchen was packed thoroughly, but that was about the extent of thorough packing. In the middle of my 1500 mile move, we had to transfer trucks & I found out that about half of the stuff packed was loose and not in boxes. When they left, there were boxes & supplies still able to be used, but they didn't use it. Some of the furniture just had a blanket thrown over it, rather than wrapped and taped. I even had the role of plastic wrap they could've used and it was unopened. Needless to say, that was a surprise. Although the truck was packed somewhat thoroughly, it took longer to put in the new truck because of the lack of care with half the stuff.

  Not sure what breakable or small items was box but all furniture was blanketed in and placed securely in the truck not sure what went on during trans load but sorry you had truck trouble and hope the rest of your move went smooth

• This company is the BEST!!! The gentleman were very nice and helpful and done everything correctly. They were on time...and didn't miss a beat. The only negative part is that UHAUL needs to explain better on things from their side...Uhaul didn't explain that I needed to rent a truck!!! But we worked it out!! I highly recommend B-N-S!!!

• These two guys were not much on customer service. They were gruff and not very polite. They handed items to my 80-year old mother expecting her to take them from her. They ripped a couple of our bags that contained clothes and let them lay at the back of the moving truck.

  Job was confirmed and time was confirmed and the polite thing don't take quite for impolite we were trying to get your move done though all the confusion that you had going on.And as far as your 80 yr mother she was asking to see this and that or asking us to hand her stuff .And your ripped bags that I showed you before I picked up that we didn't rip and that I layer at the back of the truck for you to rebag I don't bring trash bags to rebag your clothes.And last but not least the fact that you think we are to gruff(to funny) but were movers were not working behind a desk we worked two jobs prior to yours in 97 degree weather so no were wasn't clean shaved and freshly shower we had been working all day maybe your next move you should get pics of your movers to make sure they look nice and are feminine enough to suit you were movers there to move your furniture were not there for a fashion show

• I indicated that I needed someone in the afternoon for the move day. This mover came up as available. This evening, the mover texted me asking what time I wanted them there. I asked if they could be there at 1pm. The person texted me back and stated that they have a 6-hour move before me and they couldn't make it at 1pm. I then asked if they could make it at 2:00 or 2:30 p.m. They said they wouldn't be finished the previous job until around 3pm and then it would take 2 hours for them to get to me. I will be ready to move at noon. I do not want to wait until 5 or 6pm to have my stuff moved into my house.

• Movers called 15 minutes prior to their scheduled arrival time and told me they had car trouble and would be late. They could not provide me an estimate of when they could arrive. After waiting 40 minutes I contacted the mover via text message and told him I wanted to cancel and could not wait any longer. He apologized but could still not give me a time. I loaded the truck myself with help from others. I don't want any charges to hit my credit card for this as no work was done by the movers.
