• Two of the movers were great, on time and professional. The third mover left a dent and chipped paint on a wall on in our unit that's very noticeable. Would hire the two movers again but not the third mover who was careless with our unit and furniture.

• Armani and his cousin (Pierre) were incredible. They were on time, friendly, social, patient and very helpful. The truck was only big enough and they managed to make everything fit without stressing me out about having a truck probably should have been slightly bigger. They were so accommodating and quick yo find resolutions. I would definitely use them again in the future.

• Arrived late, had wrong phone number. Was already done with heavy work when they showed up 1 hrs late. Coukd smell pungent odor from car when they opened window to speak to me. Smelled like weed. Asked them to leave, as we had already finished the hard part of the move. They wanted a code that I could not provide. Their supervisor called me as they pulled up. The number they said they had was not my phone number. I will be asking for a refund. Not a good representation of the business.

• When you book a certain number of hours, it shouldn't be a goal for the helper to move as fast as possible to finish quickly, disregarding where to put things or how stuff comes off the truck. Secondly, when questioned, the response should not be, We can leave, and you can find another helper because we get paid regardless. Uhaul should find and screen people before subcontracting out to people who disregard basic instructions and choose to talk back the whole time. Only kept them to get the job done, but wouldn't recommend that kind of help again.

• They helped load a 20' truck to the brim with stuff. We ran out of space and had to get another trailer but Moving Pro definitely helped us get the most out of the 20' truck. They were experienced, had a great attitude and were careful with our stuff. They will need a little direction on what to wrap, but if your stuff is boxed, wrapped, and padded ready to go, they will get everything onto the truck quickly and efficiently. Would hire again!

• Looking at the reviews, I read there are several reports of no-show, or last minute cancelation in recent weeks. I cannot afford to be put in this situation. I have attempted to call the company to confirm, but got voicemail and have yet to receive a call-back. I prefer to switch to a different provider.

• These guys are absolutely amazing! They called to let me know they were coming. I had booked for 2 hours and wasn’t sure it was enough time for my one bedroom apartment ( big furniture and up 2 flights of stairs). They finished so quickly and wouldn’t even let us help. Not only that, we realized too late after they moved stuff into the truck, that we booked a truck that was too small. They unloaded the smaller truck and re-loaded it into the bigger truck so quickly! I would highly, highly recommend these guys.

• They were over two hours late to arrive due to the previous job taking longer. They rushed through and finished in under two hours. There were four people working on the job and the two older men were great and professional, the two younger men were throwing stuff around, bumping into the walls, dropping stuff, and kicking things. They moved my 3-drawer dresser and when the youngest man couldn’t push it in, he kicked it. Very unprofessional! I was impressed with the older men who worked like foremen but was very disappointed with the younger men. They broke quite a few things as well.

  Sorry you had a bad experience with my company but when we were leaving you said you was very satisfied and in fact gave a generous tip. You requested a two man crew for five hours and I brought out four guys free of charge. Also we told you that you needed a bigger truck and more boxes which you refused to get so we made due with what we had. You did not have hardly any blankets and again we made it work plus I brought you four men for five hours although you only paid for a two man for five hours. Sorry about your experience and thanks for booking with us

Even though I knew we had more than enough truck volume for the amount of cargo, they tightly packed everything inside as though it was going to be completely filled. We had room left to add all the remaining small bits & pieces and cleaning supplies we didn’t have them wait to load for us. HIGHLY recommend Joshua, he was an excellent communicator from the very moment we first signed up online a week earlier; also gave ETA updates as they finished a job ahead of us and made the original arrival time we had agreed on. A pain-free move for us!

• Lake of response from mover. Never called like he was suppose to. When contacted, said something about he didn't know if they could do it for the price since California law says a minimum of 2 hours, and the contract showed one (1) hours of help with zero (0) people helping. The individual also said the piano section on the uhaul sight was new, and he would have to get a hold of them. In addition, the billing for the service was messed up. It showed a charge for moving the piano with 0 people to help. If no one will be helping, so I do it all myself, there is no reason to pay someone. I can't say i completely fault the mover on this, since the billing charges when compared to the help to be provided did not appear to match up.
