• Jordan was great with communication prior to the move and the day of as well. Jordan and his helper were able to get to me sooner than expected as well. They were very quick unloading the moving truck and careful with our belongings. They even helped put stuff in our storage unit down the road. I would highly recommend Jordan for your next move. I know I will call him the next time I move.

• Could not recommend Jordan and Alan enough! It's 10 stars if we could! We had a 20ft truck to unload into what was supposed to be a first floor storage unit, that due to a facility error ended up being a second floor unit instead. Despite the last minute change they got the truck unloaded and packed in the unit in barely an hour in such an efficient way. They were on time, communicated well, friendly and true professionals! We will definitely be using them again when the time comes to move our things out of the unit. We highly recommended them for any Denton area moves!

• They didn’t have a dolly. When it came to moving our 200 lb safe, the owner wanted to charge me an additional $75 to move that single item. • First, I called,called, emailed,emailed....no response. Then 3 days prior to move date I get a call back. We agreed on 9am then movers changed to 9:30am, I hesitated but ok. Then at 6:40am on move date, I get a text saying that they will be in at 10:30am. My plan was to put furniture on UHaul and thats what I needed help with. UHaul pick up is at 8am.
