Over the top! Hard working, efficient, courteous, friendly, adaptable. They (safely) packed our truck tighter than a drum, and I come from a family that prides ourselves on such things. When we decided to be more ambitious with our plans, they cheerfully took it on. Even when they had to leave because of another scheduled job, they came back and worked into the night with us. Can't say enough good things about them!

Amazing service! With just two guys they were able to completely load our 20 ft truck to the brim. They loaded it so well that literally every square inch was used! The movers who unloaded were so impressed. Nothing shifted in the truck for the 5 hour drive. Our stuff was handled with care and the guys were super nice and easy to work with. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to book them again!

Very hard working and very fast. They really knew how to pack a truck very full and very well. We let them know how much we had and they started stacking a piling high and made walls with eh mattresses and heavy pieces to keep it all tight together. Once the reservation was made - I was contacted within the specified time, given options as to timeslots available on the days and time range requested. Upon the day over service, was contacted in advance of the team arriving. Team was very personable, introduced themselves. Discussed the work to be completed & advised on how best to manager each of the items. As part of securing the items for transit, the team asked specific questions regarding transit to extra secure the items. After the work was completed, the office contact confirmed the work completed, asked out my satisfaction of the work and team. I would highly recommend this company. So leading up to my move I had issues that made me cancel and then reschedule. The communication from Chad allowed me to relax. The day of the move we did have a snag in which one of his men was not able to make it. Chad quickly handled the situation and went to pick up another helper and they got to it. I've moved a lot over the last few year due to my husbands job and these guys were the best. Nothing was broken, they finished in time, they were professional and kind. I would highly recommend them and I will absolutely use them in the future.

I would give Chad and his helper 10 stars if I could. Everything - booking the job in an unfamiliar city, dealing with schedule changes because of cancelled flights, and problems with my own hastily-purchased equipment - everything went better because these guys were on the job. Their attention to detail was without parallel, they listened and responded appropriately to my technical concerns about the cargo they were moving, their care for not just the cargo but the basement they were hauling it from was fastidious, and their overall presentation was energetic, efficient, and absolutely personal and professional. If I ever need to move anything in Pittsburgh again, I'm looking them up!

I couldn’t have been more impressed with crew that helped us move. It was 8pm the night before our big move and we realized there was no way we could do this ourselves. I contacted The Muscle Helpers last minute the night before and got a response instantly. They showed up on time and got to work immediately. I realized instantly the U-Haul I reserved was going to be too small, however due to their expertise they managed to maneuver things in such a way that fit everything utilizing every square inch of the U-Haul. Had I not used these guys I likely would’ve needed two U-Haul and multiple trips. This was the best decision I could have made, it relieved so much stress and was totally worth the price which was way less expensive than I had in mind. I will use these guys on every move in the future and you won’t regret it if you use them too.

Owner Chad messaged me fairly quickly to get details. I hired them for 2 separate dates. Once to load a POD with furniture only and again several days later to unload it. First crew, Creet and Rell, were fantastic! Called to ask if they could start early, came in a busted it all out. They were polite, careful, an professional. Took a little longer than the 2hrs because it poured down rain and we ended up having to disassemble some pieces so it all fit. When it was time to unload, Creet was back with Chad to help. They called again to ask if they could come early. As they unloaded, we found my dining table had been badly damaged. Chad made it right immediately. They handled the 13 stairs up to our front door and the fact that we had bedrooms up on the 3rd floor like champs. I would recommend these guys, no question!

I am very pleased with the Muscle Helpers LLC. Communication was excellent. Chad replied back to me quickly once I placed the order to confirm details, verified the time again the day prior and called 15 minutes prior to their arrival to let me know their eta. Chad was also very accommodating when I needed to adjust the start time when the landlord changed the move in time at the last minute. Chad, Rolando, William and Dwain were very professional unloading the truck with great speed while being very careful not to damage any of the furniture or walls while moving the items into a third floor apartment on 92 degree day. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

The Muscle Helpers LLC were absolutely incredible. Super fast, efficient, and professional. Not only were they able to move all of my large and heavy furniture safely and efficiently, but they were also able to figure out how to fit my stuff safely and securely into a the truck I rented so that we only had to make one trip, when it probably would have taken me 3 or 4 trips. My girlfriend and I spent the weekend bragging to our friends about how well our move went. I am honestly in disbelief at how good these guys were, they are moving geniuses.

Unbelievably grateful to these guys! The first movers I scheduled canceled last minute and The Muscle Helpers totally saved me. They rearranged their whole day to help me out with barely 12 hours of notice. Please do not send two young people. Not to judge anyone by their age, as I hated that, I could definitely tell one was a teenager. The older one tried to keep the younger one in line, but can you blame the dude, who would want to do this on a hot day? If the older one was paired with a person of his same ability or higher, that truck would have been emptied before they left. The older one was definitely trying and they were both so very nice. The younger one, I probably would have been in the same mentality as he was when I was his age, so I don't fault him, but I do fault the company for the selection or pairing. They were trying but my friend and I had to give them a lot of direction and work with them (which is good that they were willing to collaborate with us).

We had some heavy furniture and a washer and dryer that was tricky to navigate in stairwells and they really worked hard and got the job done. The guys were great! Our pod could not be delivered to our house, so they met me at the pod place, loaded it out into a U-Haul and then later into the house. I was super impressed with my two-man crew through The Muscle Helpers. They arrived promptly... I showed them what items I need to have loaded (I was packing one U-Box)... and then I didn't have to worry about them again. I was really nervous because I had a super heavy dresser that was coming down a flight of L-shaped stairs, but the guys handled it like Bosses. They loaded everything into my U-Box quickly and efficiently. It only took them about 40 minutes to load my U-Box. Their communication was great. And they were professional. I hired 2 people - 4 showed up but 3 of them had no experience moving people. They were young and looked ike they were on a high school basketball team. Only 1 knew what to do. Not of the time, unless I called them out 3 would watch the leader. Would not use or recommend these movers again.

Chad and Dwayne were by far the BEST movers I have ever used and as a traveling nurse I have used many over the years! Chad was very reassuring and lived up to his word. A few years ago, I moved myself by myself from Ohio to Memphis. I thought I could do the same but it was a struggle this time. It took me nearly 10 hours to unload my 10 foot truck into my storage unit here in Pittsburgh. I decided to hire help to get my stuff from the storage until to my new apartment and now I'm spoiled. Creek and Rico communicated when they would be arriving. They were fast and efficient in getting my stuff from the unit to the truck. I expected to help with some of it, but they were a well oiled machine. We had a 30 minute drive and they got the truck unloaded and into my apartment. I hired them for 2 hours of work and they finished everything in 1 hour and 55 minutes including the half hour drive from the storage unit. They were wonderful! These two hard working gentlemen deserve a spa day!

Wayne and Chase were excellent. All of my belongings were moved without issues. These men ascended stairs with my desk, bed, and items. I was pleased. I tipped both men $20 in cash. The $40 was worth the early time they finished and pleasant smiles on both men. I was thankful.

We paid for 2h and did not know that 2h its not enough to load and unload but he was so kind he let his friend the 3th man help us for free. took more than 2h they spend 14m extra and didnt charge us for it I mean how wonderful is that. These guys went above and beyond. They were super polite, to everyone. They knocked our projects out with ease and went the extra mile to help us get a large couch down from the top floor, using tools from their car, to make it happen. Movers were great, CHAD stayed in communication from the beginning through unloading. They were on time and had the truck unloaded in an hour and a half. Would highly recommend them.
