• I had to keep contacting them to find out what was going on due to weather. They ended up delaying services a day which was fine due to weather but I had to keep calling to find out. Then when packing I asked for all my light bags to be tossed on top to save space and for heavier bins to be placed on the bottom so nothing broke. I have a lot of broken bins and my truck was packed so poorly I had to make two trips which cost another 150+. They were virtuous and professional but not very friendly and ended up breaking a lot of bins and putting most of the bags in the center of the truck which could’ve been used for more boxes. First time using professional movers and I don’t think I’ll be doing it again in the future. Do not recommend.

  We did have to change the times dues to the weather, and I apologize for that. We loaded everything you told us to load, so I don't understand why you said we didn't load everything. We finished ahead or schedule, and we had room left on the truck. So again, I don't understand how you did not have enough room and had to make 2 trips.

• Movers did not load the truck tight or evenly. There were many gaps and things were not stacked appropriately. By the end things were thrown on the truck. We had to unload and repack truck to make it safe and to get all our things on the truck.

  I dont understand how you could have gave us this review. You tipped us after the job and told us how impressed you were that we made everything fit. We packed a full 4 bedroom house and garage into a 26ft truck...and we did it in 2 hours. Nothing was stacked inappropriately. We only stacked boxes, the furniture wasnt stacked.

• If it were not for the two bolts with washers and nuts that I have no idea where they put them for my bed frame I would not be able to say a thing negative. I wonder if the bolts are in one of their pockets? I only found two in the drawer and they handed me four others. I need the other two, please!

• These movers canceled on us at the last minute. I think they are overwhelmed with work right now, but they left us in a real bind. We were three women trying to empty my late sister's home by ourseves Luckily, some friends of my sister's were able to help us a little or we wouldn't have been able to complete the move. • Moving helper was supposed to show up the morning of June 10. I tried calling twice the day before to verify that we were scheduled (the 9th) with no reply. Called twice the morning of June 10, no response. My wife called in early afternoon of 10th and they said that they would be here by 4:00 p.m., We almost had the truck unloaded by then and she told them to let her know if/when they were coming. They texted me at 3:51 pm on the 10th saying they would arrive at 5:05. We had finished unloading at that point and told them not to bother. I would like a refund of money paid.

• They did not listen to anything I asked them to do, very disorganized, waisted a lot of time moved boxes in first instead of furniture into a climate controlled environment. They had to move boxes out of storage to store furniture and left boxes in hall way. They tried to store my sofa and loveseat

  We are always professional and customer satisfaction is our 1st priority. We loaded the storage unit as you requested, but your unit was not big enough. We loaded the unit 3 different times, and your items still would not fit.

• John called and asked if he could change times from noon to 3 pm. It was ok with me and it really helped them out. So they showed up with 4 movers instead of 3, awesome! They packed the 26 foot UHaul in exactly 2 hours. I would definitely use these guys again. Well worth the money!

• The 3 guys were friendly, however during the work, one of them bumped their head on the glass kitchen lighting over where the table used to be, and sent it crashing down from the ceiling, cracking some of the glass bulb globes. They put it off to the side, and didn't really mention anything about it
