• Daniel was so great, I'm so glad that he was recommended by Moving Help!! He was so nice, professional, and was extra careful with all my stuff. The parking on my street was less than ideal and he was able to problem solve and roll with it to get the job done efficiently. Communication was super easy (via text or phone which was super nice) and he kept me updated through the whole process. I honestly couldn't be happier and I will be keeping his contact info so I can use him in the future if I need a mover again!

• What a disappointment! Only 1 mover showed up even though I paid for 2. He damaged multiple items. Removed the blankets, shrink wrap and tape protecting furniture at street level before bringing it into apartment. Awkwardly moved large furniture pieces by bear hugging them and squeezing through doorway. My expensive leather chairs are torn and scuffed all-over as well as a chest that is chipped. Unprofessional - would NOT recommend.

  I'm very sorry that your items were improperly packed during the loading process, unfortunately some of your items were damaged due to the this. When items are not properly packed in the ubox they do tend to shift while in transit. I did explain to you that whoever packed your items misinformed of how they wrapped and packed the items. There was very little packing, and the pads were not utilized properly to cover your furniture. I did not damage any of your items. All of the items were placed into your home in the same condition that they came out of the ubox. It's very unfortunate that the person responsible for the damages was not held accountable and that you felt the need to direct it at me. In the future I would suggest using moving help or someone familiar with wrapping furniture to load and pack items instead of a friend or relative, that way there is no confusion. Thank you for your feedback.
