• The scheduled time I discussed with the moving helper was for 1pm on 12/1/2020. This morning, they said they would be late and will let me know in a few hours the exact time. After waiting for over 4 hours, I asked for an update on the ETA and they told me 4pm which doesn’t work for me because my uhaul truck was due back at 4:30pm. They were unable to keep the agreed time and went over 4 hours.

• Blake did he best to unpack a truck that was not packed so great. He was very careful with my belongings. My truck was completely unpacked in less than two hours. I marked all my boxes as to where they should go - Blake's helper was putting boxes in the wrong rooms but it wasn't a big deal.
