• The individual movers were good. The problem was the reservation was for 9:30 am, which I had confirmed via phone, and they did not show up until 3:45, including several ETAs before then that were not met. The delay seriously impacted my plans and was not acceptable.

• The movers worked so hard moving two large pieces of furniture.
