• Arrival time for the movers was pushed back twice. The second time they did not let me know until 30 minutes after the crew was supposed to be there. They ended up sending a separate crew to help than who was initially scheduled.

  We do the best we can to be on time but had an earlier job take longer than expected so we sent over another crew that had finished the job they were working on. We never leave a job unfinished and would stay as long as it took to finish your move as well.

• My movers helped me unload the truck and were great! Worked quickly and even helped me repair my futon that got damaged in the truck on my drive. Right after booking I was immediately contacted to confirm details and was able to do all communication over text. The movers showed up right when they were supposed to and got the job done as expected. I want to say their names were Dalton and Mike but those may be wrong.

• The two gentlemen that helped today were amazing. Very helpful. Very careful with all of our stuff. And we’re very funny guys. Would hire them again in a second. I would suggest them to anyone to unload or load your vehicle.

• They were fantastic movers! They finished their first apt a few minutes early. They called asking they could head on to our project so they arrived before the U-haul did. However, they started moving the heavy furniture to the end of the driveway. They did not waste a single second!! I'd hire them again in a heartbeat!

• Absolutely wonderful movers. We had 4 guys for 3 hours. At the end of the 3 hours we weren’t done and we were a little bit panicked. Two of the movers stayed to help us finish it out for two more additional hours- something they absolutely didn’t have to do! It saved us. We were so grateful we were able to add the extra time!! • Hired them for 10am to unload a U-Haul and paid for piano movers. They said they would be late and could make it around 11am and then 1130am so I had to push it back due to plans at 2pm. When they finally showed up at 330pm the movers were unaware of the piano move that we paid extra for. We had to find another moving company to come unload the piano and get a refund. The piano set outside in a truck overnight in freezer temperatures. Poor communication and an inability to get the job they were hired for finished.

• They were very responsive and communicated well! We moved during the snow storm this week with the ice, and they were very flexible and understanding when we kept having to delay the load due to unsafe conditions. We will be using them again when we move in the near future!

• 10 out of 10 - awesome to work with, communicative, got through my move with 9 inches of snow and they were fantastic. • I had a very expensive piece of furniture damaged horribly and the owner is doing nothing about it. I would NOT recommend anyone to ever use this moving company. Daniel the owner is terrible and no one should work with or for him!!! U-Haul should not use this company either. I will be contacting them as well as posting all over social media to warn others not to use such an incredibly horrible company.

  We offer insurance to every customer when the make an order. I think its $5 for the insurance. It is unfortunate that a piece of furniture was damaged and that's why we offer insurance. I cant force you to purchase the insurance. I can only offer it.

• Josh and Junior were amazing! They told me to sit back and they would handle everything. They finished in half the time I thought I would need and made sure everything fit. I was nervous about that. I am moving long distance, out of state, and had 2 prior moving companies leave me in the lurch. I booked them 18 hours in advance as that was all the time I had and they contacted me within 3 mins of scheduling. Absolutely amazing! Thank you Josh and Junior!!

• They were great people but I over paid. I didn't know how long it'd take so I requested 2hrs. Turns out it took about 35 minutes to unload the Uhaul. I wish I could've gotten reimbursed for the extra time not spent. Other than that, great communication.

Zymir packed the truck like a total pro - we had legit concerns that we wouldn’t be able to fit everything and would have to make a second trip, but Zymir packed everything so well we had room to spare. • Communication was good but movers themselves were not that great, didn’t have any equipment for moving safely (belts, etc) and one guy did the vast majority of the work, causing issues with loading and unloading. My husband had to step in to help him multiple times because the other helper was not helping. I Also have a scratch on some of my appliances, not the biggest deal but not really professional. I think ‘fair’ is an appropriate rating

• Only took less than one hour but was charged for two. It was a very small move. Also they were late to arrive. They did apologize and blamed it on their grueling unobtainable schedule. The moving help was nice though. Didn’t tip since I paid for two hours but it only took less than one. Hope the owner gives the workers the extra hour labor I paid as a tip and doesn’t keep it for himself. They did all the work!

• As far as loading and unloading, they did an effective job. However, they damaged a brand new door attempting to force an appliance into the house. They also had attempted to remove the door without asking permission and lost a hinge cap in the process. The rate was fair, but the overall service was unprofessional.

• They were 30 mins late I had to reach out to them to get any updates. The two young guys didn’t know what they were doing they put all of my furniture top side down on the trolley without any protection a couple pieces got scratched. Well going around corners in the apartment they weren’t pay attention and we’re banging into my walls and doors. Playing obscene music very loud from their phones. Using the trolley they stacked my boxes over their heads so as to not do multiple trips but heavy totes were on top squishing the boxes and contents. They got done within the time frame but they definitely need more training and respect for others property.

• The movers showed up on time, but from the beginning one of them was complaining how much stuff we had and asked us to help to make it go faster because he had to leave early. He kept reminding me that he needed to leave and I told him we hired them for 2 hours. When the unloading was done there was still 45 minutes left of the 2 hours and so we asked them to help assemble some things (which we confirmed was part of their services). One person tried to help while the other was just standing there and making phone calls and reminding me they needed to leave. I was so frustrated that I said they could go and we ended up losing 30 minutes of work that we paid for.

Even when I picked it up and said her here’s your bottle I found it thrown in the woods. Also not sure why you would put a box full of glass labeled fragile on it Dolly on its side. So some items broke inside the box.

• Reckless, careless, and unprofessional. Tossed my belongings around like they were nothing. Broke my expensive TV. Did not put bed together as instructed with screws (left all screws on ground, didn't see until that night), so it is loose, but I cannot lift mattress on my own to even attempt now. Claimed they could not put together my simple dismantled table that I successfully put back together myself after they left. Were on their phones and sitting down half the time, needing constant prompting to get up and continue helping. My friend and I did half of the work. Left heavy boxes and suitcases everywhere and in wrong places. Left wrapping trash all over my lawn and their own personal trash inside. to make it worse, their boss has completely ghosted me since sending these specific complaints and requests for reimbursement - non responsive. Should have paid for the more expensive company. Do not recommend!

• All American moving is seriously the best. The boss always gets in touch a week or so prior to the job, and that is so refreshing. Josh is the mover I’ve gotten both times and he’s the best. A crew member got hurt on a previous work effort, and while I understand things happen, the lack of communication was very frustrating. Alternate team finally arrived 2 hours late (for a two hour job) but by then, work was mostly complete. Transparent communication would have helped significantly but lack of communication compounded the issue. The workers that did respond were professional, energetic and easy to work with. • The loaders weren't familiar at all with moving a baby grand piano. I specifically specified this on the order when I hired the company. Most of the guys had extremely good attitudes and were good workers, but the guy they sent to oversee the loading of the baby grand had a serious attitude issue and yelled the whole time. Also to note, they didn't wrap our leather recliner. This is a brand new Hooker Furniture Reylea recliner that goes for $1,500. This is sitting in the truck with NO protection.

• The kids they sent us arrived an hour and a half late. We caught them rummaging through our drawers and playing with my condoms, and when they saw us they dropped them. They were unprofessional and no more experienced than the rest of us-- not what I'm looking for when I hire professional movers. By the time they got here there was only an hour left of work, but the owner refused to refund for the time they didn't spend moving. He said they were late coming from another job that ran late but the kids told us he called them at the last minute because he couldn't find anyone else. So basically he got an hour of money for nothing because of his shitty organization, and even the hour they did work wasn't worth the price because they sent us actual children who acted like children. I'd spend $20 max for that kind of 'help'

  These guys are 20 and 21 yrs old with over 2 yrs experience. They said while carrying the dresser the drawers slide open because they were not taped closed. We arrived 10 min late and the job only took a little over an hr. Every job is a 2 hr min. You knew that in advance.

• MovingHelp was a truly horrible experience. The movers we hired through the service were a joke. One showed up in bed slippers. The truck was stacked poorly. The load shifted. Heavy boxes on top of fragile boxes. Unprotected furniture. The load fell on the unloaders we had to source ourselves, the next day. The company was a complete no-show for unloaded. We were left having to extend the truck rental on our own dime with zero communication. What a horrible experience. We would recommend anyone stay away from using MovingHelp or their brokered movers. Not professional and not on your side. Find reputable dedicated companies with professional employees who care about your stuff.

• I had a complicated move that involved moving 2 separate places to one place, I initially asked before the move what happens if I end up needing the movers longer than reserved for, I was told that was no problem & they would just stay later than reserved for. I had other help with the first location to make it easier on the movers so they didn't have to go to both locations, and when I was trying to coordinate the move I asked if they could come an hour later than originally planned so they would only have to come to the one location instead of both, I was told by the movers they could not do that because they had another job to get to. They actually ended up leaving at least 30 minutes before their reserved time, and If I actually needed them to move both locations as originally planned, I would have been out of luck. They were ok but not very efficient. Would not use again

• When the workers were there, they were great! 1 worker was there for 40 min, left to go pick up another worker that was 12 min away and came back and hour later. There was only 1 guy at a time (2 guys) for the first 1 hour and 40 min, so though I had planned on helping, I had to be the second guy when it was a 2 person lift. Overall I expected to be done earlier and paid for 6 hours of work when only 5 was done. Again, when the workers were there they were great and they were a huge help. Just getting 3 guys to be there was a huge challenge.

• The communication leading up to the move was helpful and consistent. However, I had requested two helpers and only one come to the job. It sounds like there was a last-minute change and the second helper was unexpectedly unavailable. The helper who did come was extremely efficient and an incredibly hard worker! He was able to complete the whole job in almost half the time I had estimated. Still, I ended up paying for 2 helpers when only one showed up and the change forced me to do more moving myself than I originally anticipated.

• This helper showed up 90 minutes late, sent two guys without two wheelers to my home that were not prepared to work today. They partially loaded one room, asked if I wanted them to go to the next bedroom which I replied yes please. They replied ok no problem, walked out the door and never came back. I went looking for them after about 15 minutes and they were gone, leaving the uhaul unattended and standing wide open.
