• Both during the scheduling and during the actual service they were very courteous, kind, and professional. The lady I spoke with to schedule was very understanding and helpful. The movers themselves were also very polite and efficient. They finished earlier than the total time I booked for and offered to help arrange any heavy furniture in the time I had left. Overall they made the experience one of the least stressful parts of moving.

• Both the guys who unloaded my truck were friendly, helpful, and quick. They moved things into the right rooms, didn’t damage anything, and even folded up the U-Haul moving blankets for me so it was easier to return my stuff.

• Moving company did a fantastic job overall. Once I purchased my moving help, they reached out withing 24 hours to confirm and get some additional clarification. They also did a great job communicating day of for any delays. For unloading they were incredibly professional at assisting. • I spoke with my moving helper on Friday, June 16th to confirm the time I needed him on Saturday. We agreed that 4PM worked for both of us. I waited an hour for him to show up or contact me before I started moving myself. It is now after 9PM, and I have still not heard from the moving helper.
