• Ivan called to confirm very soon after I made the reservation and we stayed in touch as needed via text. He and his workers showed up on the dot and were prepared to go. All of them were very pleasant and wasted no time. We had extra time left that they used to assemble our bed frame...a job that would have taken us a lot more time than they needed! We will definitely will call them for our next job!! Thanks to Ivan and his crew and to UHAUL for this convenient system.

• FIVE STARS - I use U-Haul's Moving help a handful of times throughout the year. These guys were great at communicating, Julien instilled a trust I rarely see. They showed up on time, prepared and ready to work. They knew what they were doing and did not waste time while on the job. Pleasant and hard-working, I would defiantly use them again!

• These guys are AMAZING! Don’t underestimate them! They moved all of our stuff out of our apartment and met us at a secondary location after they were done loading our truck at our house! They were quick and packed our truck perfectly so we could fit everything we needed!!

• I called and text messaged Matts Moving the day before the move to confirm as well as to ask some clarifying questions (e.g. tools needed, disassembly, etc) but I have not received a confirmation that services are being provided for my move tomorrow. I tried to contact this company in the morning, afternoon and late evening. I also tried to contact Matts Moving on their website however, I received a 404 Error message indicating the website did not exist or was not available.

• Multiple pieces of furniture were damaged during the move including a leg of our dresser that was snapped off. At the time the movers said it “fell off”, although the leg was found to be cracked in half later on. My wife and I had to help move stuff just to speed up the process.
